<p>Complete the form below including your phone number</p>
<p>We will be in contact to discuss the details and confirm that we have all the relevant information to commence our search for suitable Au Pairs for your family</p>
<p>During this initial phone call we will also take payment details for the registration fee of €85</p>
<p>We will then forward suitable CV’s as soon as possible sending them by email or by post</p>
<p>Interviews can be arranged by the agency, or the family and candidate may make contact directly</p>
<p>When the family are satisfied that they have found the right person for their children then the placement is confirmed.</p>
<p>If the Au Pair is living overseas then dates, flights etc are booked by the family.</p>

<p>When they register with Parenting Solutions each Au Pair must attend our compulsory “Introduction to First Aid” course before being placed with a Host family.</p>
<p>The Au Pair acts a second pair of hands for parents and will help with the children and light housework</p>
<p>Some Au Pair+ will have previous babysitting or even childcare experience</p>
<p>If &#8220;Live-in&#8221;, the Host family must provide a bedroom with TV etc for the Au Pair</p>

<p><strong>Au Pair Duties:</strong></p>
<p>Taking the children to and from playgroups/schools</p>
<p>Organising play dates/additional activities and outings</p>
<p>Arts and crafts and other activities</p>
<p>Preparation of childrens’ meals and sometimes family meals</p>
<p>Children’s laundry and ironing</p>
<p>Maintaining children’s bedroom, play area, kitchen area</p>

<p>Invoices are issued on the day the placement is confirmed. The payment terms are as follows:</p>

<li>Fee paid in full within 7 days of invoice being issued &#8211; 10% discount will be given</li>

<li>50% of the fee is paid upfront by Laser or Credit Card and the remaining 50% must be paid on the fourth Friday after the Nanny commences employment with the family.</li>

<p><strong>Mother and baby well-being workshop -</strong> covers all aspects of mother and baby&#8217;s well being, including some soothing baby massage strokes, postnatal exercises with attention to toning your post-pregnancy tummy, advice on all kinds of &#8220;baby issues&#8221; like colic, reflux, fussing and crying. Also includes advice on the prevention of post-natal depression and tips on some fun games for parent and baby to partake together.</p>
<p><strong>Paediatric First A</strong><strong>id </strong>- Introduction to First Aid when caring for children. The topics covered will include CPR for infants, Choking in babies and infants, Meningitis, Head injuries and Temperature management.</p>
<p><strong>Sleep Routines - </strong>Detailed presentation on the benefits of good sleep routines for babies. Tips on how to set up a sleep routine for babies and toddlers and much more.</p>

<p><strong>Introducing Solids and Sleep Routines</strong> are presented by Teresa Boardman who has over 20 years experience as a Nanny, Maternity Nurse and Sleep Trainer working with children from newborn upwards.</p>

<p><strong>The Mother and Baby Well Being Workshop</strong> is presented by Liselotte Hill who is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Registered Midwife and RGN and Paediatric Nurse. <p><strong>How the process works:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Complete the form below including your phone number</li>
<li>We will be in contact to discuss the details and confirm that we have a consultant available</li>
<li>During this initial phone call we will also take payment details for the registration fee of €85</li>
<li>The CV for the candidate will then be sent by email or post</li>
<li>Before the “Consultation” a detailed diary of the child’s day must be kept for 3 consecutive days</li>
<li>The “Consultation” will be organised at a time/day to suit you, evenings and weekends are available</li>
<li>After this a follow up plan will be agreed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>In the case of “Sleep training” the consultant offers the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 consecutive nights</li>
<li>12 hour shift per night</li>
<li>Parents and trainer working to establish a routine suitable for the family</li>
</ul>

<p>Are you sleep deprived 6 months on?  Is your household in chaos?</p>

<li>Behavioural Issues</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>“Sleep Trainers”&amp; “Behaviour Specialists” </strong>are on hand to help families who are struggling.</p>
<p>After a detailed phone discussion to ascertain the problem a consultation with one of our specialists is organized.  A tailor made plan is suggested; as we understand that each family’s needs are unique.</p>
<p><strong>How the process works:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Detailed diary of the child’s day to be kept for 3 consecutive days</li>
